I am a classically trained pastry chef, and graduated with my degree in pastry arts in 2007. I worked in several bakeries (in PA, VA and OH) until my husband and I started our family in 2010. Since then I’ve continued baking, educating myself on current techniques and trends, and learning from the baking communities I'm a part of.
Today, I own and operate my home bakery on the West side of ABQ. I am state licensed and possess a current food handling certification. I do custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and desserts for any event including birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, baby showers, parties, and business events. I am also known for my cinnamon rolls and specialty yeast breads! I hold monthly (weather permitting) pop up stands on the West and East sides of ABQ. These stands feature an array of baked goods, and the time and location are advertised on my social pages as well as the events tab on this site!
