Meet Jessica
Hello and welcome to
Divine Delights by Jessica!
I am a classically trained pastry chef, and graduated with honors with my degree in pastry arts in 2007. I worked in several bakeries (in PA, VA and OH) until my husband and I started our family in 2010. Since then I’ve continued baking, educating myself on current techniques and trends, and learning from the baking communities I'm a part of.
Today, I own and operate my bakery in Albuquerque, NM! While I do not have a storefront, I am fully licensed through New Mexico Environmental Health (higher classification than cottage bakery) and have a ServSafe Manager's License (requires additional food safety and sanitation training), and primarily work out of a commissary in Barales, NM. You can find the Divine Delights booth at many local events in ABQ and Los Alamos, as well as weekly (Sundays) at Rail Yards Market ABQ in Barales, NM. I have become locally famous for my brioche cinnamon rolls, giant soft pretzels, bubbly focaccia, and specialty yeast breads! I also feature an array of other baked goods for different types of events, markets, and concerts - time/date/location and menus are advertised on my social pages as well as the events tab on this site!
Additionally, I offer custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and desserts for any event including birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, baby showers, parties, and business events.
